Auction #30: Fine Ancient Artifacts, THIS Sunday, May 4th!

Hello! Just a reminder that our important Fine Ancient Artifacts auction is this Sunday!  The auction takes place this Sunday, May 4th, 2014 at 10:00 AM PST, and features over 485 lots of authentic, museum quality, and well-provenanced Ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Pre-Columbian, Near Eastern and Medieval artifacts. As well as this, we are offering a spectacular collection of fine African and ethnographic masks and art objects. Many of these pieces have not been offered on the the public market for decades. Make sure you are registered to bid! We will be hosting our auction on two platforms,  LiveAuctioneers and Invaluable, which will be running simultaneously throughout the auction. You can register and leave bids any time from now until the time the auction commences, and during the auction live bids can be placed as each lot comes up. We encourage you to get registered as a bidder as early as possible to avoid any holdups on auction day. Or, feel free to call or email us your absentee bids if you would like us to execute them on your behalf during the auction. We also have a couple lines open for phone bidding if you prefer. Auction 28: Fine Ancient Artifacts, Saturday March 1st!

As advertised in Apollo magazine, our March 1st auction is set to be our greatest auction yet!

It is filled with over 400 lots of rare museum-quality items as exemplified by a life sized marble head of the Roman emperor Hadrian and a rare complete set of Egyptian limestone canopic jars.

Also to be offered is a spectacular selection of authentic, museum quality, and well-provenanced Ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Precolumbian, Near Eastern, Islamic, Medieval and Byzantine artifacts, as well as a selection of fine ancient-style antiques.
